Trish, Chrissy, and I headed out to Old Hickory Lake for an evening paddle.
It was nice to easily drop in the lake, paddle around for an hour and a half and be back home for dinner.
A great way to wind down the work day.
The sunset was pretty and relaxing, but we enjoyed some laughs too! Chrissy and Trish get a real kick of tying me to Chrissy's kayak so I don't get left behind. hahaha
I like to think my paddle, not my muscles is the reason I fall behind. grin.
